Genevieve Woodhead and Thatcher Rogers Awarded Grants from the Archaeological Society of New Mexico

The Archaeological Society of New Mexico  has awarded two grants to UNM Archaeology doctoral students:

Genevieve Woodhead has been awarded a scholarship to fund travel to museums to collect data on stylistic versus technological variability among twelfth-century A.D. northern Southwest painted ceramic serving vessels.  The study involves preliminary data collection for her dissertation research.  Thatcher Rogers has been awarded scholarship to support his work on establishing a chronology for SE Arizona archaeological sites.
