To apply for the graduate concentration in Public Archaeology, students must follow the application procedure for the graduate program in Anthropology (http://anthropology.unm.edu/programs_graduate_admissions.htm). To ensure correct consideration of the application, applicants for the Public Archaeology program should:

  1. Indicate their interest in the graduate concentration in Public Archaeology by checking the "Public Archaeology" box on the Departmental Application form.
  2. Specifically discuss goals and interests as they pertain to the Public Archaeology program in the Letter of Intent.
