UNM Anthropologists link rainfall reduction to industrial emissions

UNM Anthropology faculty Dr. Prufer's Belize project, along with graduate candidate Valorie Aquino, are part of a multidisciplinary team of international researchers who produced a new paleoclimate rainfall record that illustrates the contribution of manmade industrial emissions to less rainfall in the northern tropics.
